Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced International Recruiter to join our remote team based in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across different industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and international teams to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to attract high-quality candidates across multiple regions.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting, interviewing, candidate screening, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
  • Client

    Collaboration:

    Build strong relationships with international clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture, ensuring the right talent is selected for each role.
  • Candidate

    Experience:

    Provide a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to clients and management on progress.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflows and best practices in recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an international or remote setting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills, particularly German, are a plus.
  • Familiarity with international labor laws and recruitment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven approach to recruitment.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international recruiting or remote roles.
  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of industries, such as IT, finance, healthcare, or engineering, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles at various levels, from entry-level to senior management.
Working Hours
  • Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Ability to manage work across multiple time zones, especially collaborating with international teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Recruiting Platforms: Familiarity with recruiting platforms and tools (Linked In, Indeed, Workday, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional engagement and candidate experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of international cultures and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
