- Handle escalated inquiries regarding retirement benefits and serve as a point of contact for audits
- Lead special projects related to retirement plan design and system enhancements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proven client relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience handling sensitive HR and compensation information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration/Management
- Experience with US and Canada retirement plans
- Understanding of industry trends and competitive market dynamics
