• 4+ years agency‑side technical recruiting with proven success (quantifiable metrics a must).
• Strong grasp of tech roles (cloud engineers, security analysts, developers, project managers, etc.).
• Curiosity for AI/recruiting tech, tenacity, and excellent communication.
• Experience with ATS tools; resilient, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
