- Ensure successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution by understanding client business requirements and configuring the solution
- Assist clients in converting legacy data into Workday and support testing processes
- Collaborate with the Integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants to enhance team performance
- Utilize Workday's Implementation Methodology on all engagements to ensure best practices are followed
- Prior experience implementing Workday is a MUST
- Minimum of 7+ years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
- Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service
- Functional experience in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and/or Learning
- Workday HCM Certification is a plus
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
