Resource Guide – Remote; IT Dutch Market

Guidewell is expanding our team in Cape Town and is looking for an enthusiastic Resource Guide to strengthen our team.

As a Resource Guide, you will work closely with our Recruitment Guides to source, review, match, and approach IT professionals.

• Be the point of contact for IT professionals and truly listen to their ambitions
• Collaborate with Recruitment Guides to create the perfect matches
• Continuously search for, approach, source, follow up with, and call potential IT professionals
• Work strategically and tactically to grow your own business based on concrete goals with your team
• Draft job vacancies

• Proven experience in sales or recruitment
• Proven remote work experience (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus
• Must be able to work remotely full-time during Dutch business hours (CET)
• Currently based in Cape Town (mandatory requirement)
• Genuine, positive, and approachable personality
• Experienced with Google Workspace, Linked In, Recruiterflow and BOOLEAN search
• Enjoy building and maintaining a network
• Proactive, independent, and self-driven
• Able to provide references (reference check will be conducted)
