POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the point of contact for post-offer talent acquisition and human resource-related questions and information. The position is essential to ensure the internal and external candidate onboarding experience is a positive one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with and assists the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources with a variety of post offer employment related items, including, but not limited, to post-offer background screening items, post-offer communication;

and the arrangement of the beginning stages of the on boarding experience.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources staff regarding all post-offer employment activities.
  • Order the appropriate background check, drug screen, and potential physical based on the requirements of the role and availability of the candidate.
  • Provides the candidate with a single point of contact for any questions surrounding the Post Offer process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitors and reviews post offer background results daily and communicate as needed with candidates, HR, recruiters and the background check vendor.
  • Collaborates with team leaders and HR, as needed, to assess and disposition background check results in accordance with company policy and compliance standards.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 1 year administrative or Human Resources generalist experience.
This is a remote role within the state of Arizona.
