Reliant Capital Solutions is an accounts receivable management company headquartered in Gahanna, Ohio. Reliant focuses on debt recovery in the higher education, healthcare, automotive, retail, commercial and teleservices industries. Reliant partners with clients in these industries to manage their accounts receivable and help recover money to support their bottom line. In addition, the company is dedicated to assisting consumers reduce their debt, so they can achieve their financial goals.

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter involves coordination of day to day recruiting administrative and department responsibilities for all positions. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with the Corporate Recruiting Team to support company’s hiring needs. This is a full time, exempt position and reports to the Human Resource Director and works in partnership with the Operations Managers and Executive leadership Team as well as Human Resources.

This is a hybrid role requiring both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Primary responsible for sourcing and recruiting high volume call center candidates
  • Phone screening, scheduling interviews, extending and completing other recruiting administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and attend hiring events such as job fairs, community reach outs, ect.
  • Maintain pipeline of hourly associates within the collections call center industry
  • Completes weekly reporting on recruiting efforts
  • Coordinates with managers on scheduling and training dates
  • Post internal and external positions within Applicant Tracking and HR Systems
  • Maintaining a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Maintain a network of recruiting resources within the business community
  • Performs other related tasks, as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One (1) year of recruiting/hiring experience preferred
  • Possess a track record of high-volume recruiting and administrative reporting
  • Must possess the ability to assess talent and conduct phone and onsite interviews
  • Requires ability to work independently
  • Must be detail oriented, and attentive to follow-through
  • Requires the ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Requires typing skills and PC experience
