- Strong communication and training skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of HR, compliance, or employment‑law‑related experience
- Experience in complex regulatory environments
- Experience supporting employee relations or internal investigations
- PHR, SHRM‑CP, or advanced compliance certification
