What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and recommend updates to policies and practices

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of HR, compliance, or employment‑law‑related experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in complex regulatory environments
  • Experience supporting employee relations or internal investigations
  • PHR, SHRM‑CP, or advanced compliance certification
