Key Responsibilities

ent Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, et

ces Analyze people data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to business lead

Qualifications
ions5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisory r
oles Experience working within technology, SaaS, or high-growth environm
ment Strong knowledge of HR best practices across employee relations, performance management, and organizational develop
ment Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-ma
king Experience supporting remote and distributed t

ills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environ

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive informa
