Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a world-class onboarding program to enhance new hire productivity and cultural integration
  • Design and manage end-to-end people programs for learning and development, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Communicate strategic messaging to drive employee engagement and successful change management initiatives
  • Measure the impact of programs through data analysis to improve engagement and retention rates
  • Foster stakeholder trust by translating leadership ideas into actionable plans with cross-functional buy-in
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
  • Proven ability to design and scale onboarding and learning programs for distributed or global work forces
  • Advanced skills in project management fundamentals, including road mapping and risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with a focus on company-wide communications and change initiatives
  • Data-informed approach to measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce or a related industry
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies
  • Background in employee engagement strategies
  • Skills in using data analytics tools for program assessment
  • Knowledge of diverse workforce management practices
