- Advanced skills in project management fundamentals, including road mapping and risk management
- Strong stakeholder management experience with a focus on company-wide communications and change initiatives
- Data-informed approach to measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in e-commerce or a related industry
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Background in employee engagement strategies
- Skills in using data analytics tools for program assessment
- Knowledge of diverse workforce management practices
