Recruitment Consultant – Construction, Industrial & Logistics

iRecruit is expanding and we are hiring multiple Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Doncaster.

We are looking for ambitious recruiters to support and develop business across Construction , Industrial and Logistics sectors. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and developing your own client relationships.

You will work closely with existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region as we continue to grow our presence.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel to client sites will be required.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Construction, Industrial and Logistics sectors

* Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships

* Attending meetings with new and existing clients to support service delivery and business growth.

* Advertising vacancies, screening applications and interviewing candidates

* Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline

* Providing excellent client and candidate relationship management
