Talent Manager
Overview
Join the UK’s largest independent property group and play a vital role in shaping the future of our business by hiring the best talent across the country. As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and “managing in” top-tier Property Professionals and aspiring property agents throughout the UK.
What is on offer- Basic salary of up to £26,000 per year
- Complete on-target earnings exceeding £40,000+ per year
- Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:30pm (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)

As part of our high-profile recruitment team, you will be in charge of “managing in” the top property agents throughout the UK to support our new “FORGE” initiative. You will be responsible for sourcing, and guiding, candidates through our hiring process.
- Head-hunting / Sourcing Candidates
- Generating candidate pipelines and a comprehensive subsbench
- Conducting screening calls and telephone interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals at all levels within the business
- Uphold the Spicerhaart mission statement of giving all applicants the best recruitment experience possible
- Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
- Advertising vacancies using the relevant job boards
- Arranging and participating in UK wide recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
- Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles
- Internal recruitment or volume recruitment experience is essential
- Estate Agency background would be considered
- Able to make others feel comfortable and confident and instil a sense of “trustworthiness” to all stakeholders
- Experience in creating and maintaining relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated and driven
- Confident to "manage upwards" to senior team members
- Willingness to learn and be involved
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated commitment to tasks and to the priorities of Spicerhaart as a business
- Open-minded and open to change and development
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Candidate-focused
- Ability to work with complex information
- Ability to stay calm when under pressure
