This remote role requires experience in hospitality recruitment and a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions. The ideal candidate will drive talent sourcing initiatives, build candidate pipelines, and work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This position also requires travel for hiring events and on-site recruitment initiatives.
