You’ll support colleagues throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle and play an important role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
You’ll be working in a busy, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, so being organised, accurate, and approachable is key. You’ll be comfortable handling a varied workload and will take pride in delivering work accurately and efficiently, even when juggling competing priorities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong IT capability, with confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support day‑to‑day delivery and maintain high standards of service. You’ll be proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and systems and contribute ideas that help drive a more efficient and effective service.
