Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting while managing a high-volume desk. This role involves sourcing, qualifying, screening, conducting interviews, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, conducting debriefs and decision-making sessions, and placing successful candidates. The ideal candidate will independently manage numerous open positions and ensure clear communication between management and candidates.
Responsibilities
+ Build credibility and relationships with internal customers by demonstrating expertise and delivering on commitments.
+ Understand open positions in-depth to identify necessary experience, skills, and competencies.
+ Manage internal transfers, ensure HR compliance, facilitate interviews, and conduct compensation reviews.
+ Screen and qualify candidates based on hiring managers' requirements.
+ Provide timely feedback and status updates to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Navigate and update applicant tracking system (ATS) requisitions and postings daily.
+ Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently using recruitment best practices.
+ Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from offer to start date.
+ Coach hiring managers on interviewing and compliant hiring practices.
+ Utilize diverse recruitment channels to maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
+ Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
+ Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
+ Develop recruiting materials, monitor job postings, and prepare print advertisements.
+ Create offer letters and agreements.
+ Follow all corporate hiring policies and legal requirements.
+ Network through industry contacts, associations, and employees.
+ Maintain accurate reporting and develop improved reporting metrics.
+ Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of recruitment experience.
+ Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in healthcare or corporate settings.
+ Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms.
+ Strong human resources and talent acquisition skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Full cycle recruiting and HR support experience.

+ Bachelor's Degree.
Work Environment
The position offers a remote work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling a 35-hour work week. Monthly travel is required to the Peekskill office and for career fairs, which may occur 1-2 times per month depending on the time of year. The role is part of a dynamic health center network known for providing high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate care to all individuals, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peekskill, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
