We pride ourselves on building a collaborative, supportive, and professional environment, and we are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth.
We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full‑cycle payroll and benefits administration for employees across Ontario, Québec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, and British Columbia.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
We are focused on finding the right candidate. Depending on your experience and interests, this role may expand to include Finance support (such as reconciliations and reporting) or HR Coordination (such as onboarding, HRIS administration, and compliance support).
You will support a workforce of approximately 200 employees across multiple provinces, with continued growth anticipated.
Key Responsibilities- Process full-cycle payroll across multiple Canadian provinces
- Administer employee group benefits (enrollments, changes, terminations)
- Prepare ROEs, T4s, and RL-1s
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal and provincial legislation
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records
- Support employees with payroll and benefits inquiries
- 3+ years of Canadian payroll experience
- Experience administering employee benefits preferred
- PCP designation is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 CAD
