• Design and deliver scalable compensation structures and methodologies for global expansion
• Create dynamic compensation models and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners, ensuring customer-focused solutions
• Develop policies and processes that uphold compliance while fostering innovation and growth

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in technical organizations
• Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company
• Excellent project management skills with a strong compensation analytics background
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably Workday

• Prior experience in a R&D compensation consulting role
• Familiarity with compensation tools such as PAVE or Compa
