About The Role
1x HR Consultant (18-month fixed term contract)

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting school leaders, providing expert HR consultancy to schools, advising on employment law, employee relations, and HR policy. You will manage your own caseload, supporting schools with a wide range of HR matters, from employee relations, policy implementation and change management. Ensuring compliance with Council and Schools procedures and employment legislation. Building strong relationships with clients in the education sector and work closely with the wider HR team.
We are looking for HR professionals with experience in providing high-quality, consistent expert HR advice and support — ideally within the education sector – with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
