Overview
SIPS Education Limited is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our thriving HR Team.
As a HR Business Support Assistant, you will undertake a comprehensive range of admin and IT processes to support the Transactional HR Team. The role includes recruitment, clearances, return to work (RTW) checks, and DBS checks for both internal and external clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive excellent HR support.

- Other admin and IT processes supporting the Transactional HR Team
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths
- Experience working in a busy office
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration (ideally)
- Ability to speak fluent and spoken English as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)
This is a 20 hour per week position based at our offices in West Bromwich, with the ability to work from home. Ideally 4 hours each day Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
