An established technology recruitment business is growing its delivery capability and is looking to add experienced recruiters to the team. The firm works exclusively with venture-backed startups and scaling technology companies, supporting highly technical hiring projects across multiple international markets.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, depth and autonomy, rather than high-volume or heavily sales-led recruitment.

• Managing full-lifecycle recruitment processes
• Developing and maintaining specialist market knowledge
• Working directly with founders, technical leaders and investors
• Handling roles across UK, European and US markets

• Background in tech or specialist recruitment
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Interest in complex, emerging technology spaces
• Commercial mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
