• Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and key networks

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or large organization
• Proven ability to source candidates, manage interviews, and conduct offer negotiations
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent project management skills to handle details in a fast-paced environment
• Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency

• Experience in recruiting for corporate roles in the behavioral health sector
• Familiarity with innovative recruiting strategies and technology
