Paradigm Information Services (Paradigm) is a staffing solutions firmthat supports businesses in various technical industries including manufacturing,creative design, information technology, microelectronics, legal services, and hardware and software related services. We are currently seeking an entry-level recruiter to help grow, manage, and maintain our candidate relationships.

Type :
Direct hire, part time (20 hrs per week), fully remote

Location : MUST reside in the Portland metro area;
Vancouver, WA

As the Recruiter for Paradigm, you will:

• Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewingresumes, comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing candidates, and analyzing responses.
• Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tomanage all necessary communication.
• Identify and engage talent to buildrecruiting pools for various roles.
• Help candidates edit and format resumes.
• Provide interview coaching to candidates.
• Provide client information,opportunities, and benefits information to candidates.
• Follow up with the respective Paradigmemployees and candidates to maximize effectiveness and ensure timeliness of recruitment processes.

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or customer service, preferably in technical industries such asmanufacturing, creative design, information technology, microelectronics, legal services, medical devices, and hardware and software related services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about people, and comfortable building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
• Adept at using computers and various software applications, with a quick ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful and proactive in identifying issuesand finding effective solutions.
• Eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• HR Degree Preferred.
