This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Training Manager - REMOTE. In this dynamic and impactful role, you will lead the Learning and Development team, focusing on developing strategies that enhance the onboarding and continuous growth of our workforce. You will be working collaboratively to address skills gaps and ensure our employees have the tools they need to thrive in an evolving business environment.

Accountabilities
  • Craft and implement an onboarding strategy for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback.
  • Define and communicate success metrics for training programs.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Learning and Development Specialists.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in onboarding and talent development.
  • 5+ years managing high-performing Learning and Development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Education or Organizational Design.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for 1000+ employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
