Remote IT Recruitment Specialist

• Source and headhunt IT talent across various channels, focusing on active and passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with role requirements
• Manage and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment platform provided
• Participate in weekly pipeline calls to discuss candidate progress and align on priorities
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
• Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process
• Work efficiently across multiple searches while maintaining quality standards
• Adhere to all data privacy and GDPR obligations

• Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience, either in-house, agency, or freelance
• Proven success in sourcing and placing technical talent in software engineering, data, infrastructure, or related fields
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds effectively
• Skill in assessing soft skills and cultural fit during initial conversations
• Comfortable managing multiple searches under pressure
• Self-motivated with strong accountability
• Commercially minded with a focus on speed, quality, and volume

• Commission-based earnings with no cap on potential income
• Bounty payouts ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per successful hire based on role complexity
