Recruitment Consultant - Remote

· Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefings to placement.

· Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates.

· Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

· Using recruitment systems and job portals to manage pipelines effectively.

· Meeting recruitment targets while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

· Grade 12

· 3+ years of experience in recruiting.

· Prior experience working on ATS systems, MS Office and Online Platforms.

· Excellent Communication skills.

· Target Driven, organised and able to work well in a team environment
