About You:We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings.

- Use social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X/Twitter, etc.) to proactively identify and engage potential field and office candidates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR to develop and execute recruitment-focused content and campaigns that promote the company culture and values.
- Write compelling job descriptions to be posted on Applicant Pro, job boards, and social platforms.
- Engage with online and in-person communities.
- Review resumes and assess candidates' qualifications. Submit recommendations of viable candidates to HR and hiring managers for initial interviews.
- Conduct initial phone interviews, set up testing for advancing candidates, conduct reference checks, and review social media sites.
- Track and report sourcing metrics, social engagement, and campaign effectiveness to aid in refining outreach strategies.
- Attend hiring fairs and job transition groups.
- Onboard new hires.
- Compliance reporting.
- Involved with employee engagement.
- Provide updated labor law posters to remote workers on an annual basis.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or construction environment.
- Computer/digital literate with strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates through traditional methods and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools preferred.
- Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and employer branding.
- Experience with graphic design tools or basic video editing for social posts a plus.
- Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Linked In Insights, etc.) preferred.
