Our client is a high-growth recruitment business specialising in software engineering, go-to-market, and cyber hiring for VC-backed startups and scale-ups across the US. The team doubled in size last year and is now hiring selectively to support continued growth in a strong market.

• A genuine pathway to $1m+ billings, learning alongside no fewer than five existing $1m billers
• Fully remote role with flexibility to work from anywhere in the US
• Highly collaborative culture with regular team meet-ups, events, and off-sites throughout the year
• Access to high-growth clients including OpenAI, Coinbase, Reddit and Citadel
• Significant investment in getting consultants in front of clients and candidates through meetings, dinners, conferences, and industry events

This is a true 360 position focused on software engineering recruitment within high-growth tech environments. You’ll be expected to build relationships, win new business, and own your market — not simply deliver on existing accounts.
