• Coordinate scheduling of Zoom interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks on finalist candidates and prepare notes for hiring managers
• Facilitate new hire arrivals, including ordering gifts and coordinating orientation
• Post job openings on Linked In and other job sites, and promote openings via social media
• Maintain data on open positions and candidates in the ATS and HRIS systems

• Solid experience in administrative or human resources roles with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with a strong ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with systems including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and ATS/HRIS systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing responsibilities

• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and related issues
• Experience participating in job fairs or recruitment events
