Role OverviewWe are seeking Flexible Workforce Specialists to engage and support organizations in flexible workforce solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Connect with businesses on flexible workforce requirements
- Structure flexible workforce solutions
- Support the placement and ongoing success of flexible talent
- Flexibility to work from anywhere
This role focuses on outcomes and fit.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with organisations to understand flexible workforce capability requirements
- Work with clients to define roles objectives, scope, duration and outcomes
- Identify and engage suitable candidates for flexible roles
- Conduct interviews and prepare candidate profiles
- Coordinate client–candidate discussions and onboarding processes
- Support ongoing engagements through scope adjustments, extensions or renewals
This role is suited to individuals who:
- Ideally have experience in recruitment, HR, talent advisory, or workforce consulting
- Prefer outcome-based work
- Motivated by performance-based commission earnings and flexibility
- Clear workforce and delivery frameworks
- Structured role scoping and governance models
- Access to talent networks and internal support
- Mentoring and deal support
This role offers:
