Senior HR Executive, Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)
This position will start off as about 7 months contract.
Location:
25 Airline Road, Airline House, S819829
Duties:
- Support the end-to-end management of the annual salary review cycle, including compensation cycle planning, system readiness, communication, and closing activities (e.g., data upload and validation).
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and conduct benchmarking to ensure salary structures and benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Conduct annual job evaluations as part of the headcount planning process, ensuring roles and compensation align with business needs.
- Provide advice to HR teams and business leaders on all aspects of total rewards to drive alignment with business objectives.
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
1 day Work From Home per week
$5000 - $6000
