Payroll Executive (HR Outsourcing Consultant) – Work from Home

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of payroll experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Experience handling shift-based and overtime payroll calculations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, income tax (PPh 21), and statutory contributions.
  • Familiar with HRIS, attendance systems, and payroll software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Process monthly and/or weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, shift allowances, production incentives, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure payroll calculations align with attendance, shift schedules, and production data.
  • Process statutory payments including holiday allowance (THR) and other compensation components.
  • Administer employee income tax (PPh 21) calculations and reporting.
  • Manage employee registrations and contributions to BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
  • Reconcile payroll data with attendance and production reports.
  • Prepare payroll reports for HR and Finance departments.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Monitor payroll-related accruals and provisions.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Production Supervisors regarding attendance, shift updates, and employment status changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits.
