We are seeking a Physician Recruiter Leader with staffing industry experience to join our 100% remote Permanent placement physician recruiting team.

Check Out Our Must Haves
  • Healthcare Staffing: Permanent placement retained physician staffing
  • Experience: At least three years of relevant experience
  • Leadership: Prior experience leading a team in a player‑coach model
  • Goal Oriented: Proven track record in recruitment and leadership, with experience in closing deals successfully
  • Education: College degree preferred but not required
  • Remote: Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fully remote work setting is preferred
  • Systems: Experience working in a database (CRM, applicant tracking system, etc.) and solid computer skills (MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
  • Locations: Enterprise Medical Recruiting staff must reside in one of the following states CO, GA, FL, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, TX
Your Day to Day
  • Meet or exceed individual retained placement production expectations appropriate to the role
  • Model best in class recruiting execution, adherence to core values, and strong client outcomes
  • Establish and maintain effective candidate and client relationships
  • Build relationships with physicians
  • Problem solve with clients and candidates to ensure the best outcome for all
  • Set and coordinate interviews and contract reviews
  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM system
  • Directly lead and support retained recruiters toward consistent performance expectations
  • Reinforce clear standards for activity levels, KPIs, quality of work, and professional conduct
  • Identify and address performance gaps promptly, constructively, and in partnership with leadership
  • Manage assigned team scorecard performance and contribute to overall KPI outcomes
  • Conduct regular 1:1 touchpoint focused on performance, skill development, and removing obstacles
  • Coach and mentor recruiters to improve execution, effectiveness, and consistency
  • Provide accurate, timely production updates and forecasts to the EVP
  • Escalate issues early and support course correction efforts as needed
  • Support onboarding, training, and ramp of new retained recruiters
  • Partner with the EVP on talent assessments, development plans, and performance improvement efforts
  • Contribute to building bench strength, engagement, and long‑term recruiter retention
