A dynamic technology company is looking for a People & Culture Manager to strengthen management capabilities and build scalable people systems. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, performance management, and providing training to improve leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR roles and a comfort in remote work environments. The position is based in downtown Vancouver but is open to candidates from anywhere in Canada.

Salary is between $85,000 and $110,000 CAD annually.
