We are not looking for someone to post jobs and wait. We are hiring a Contract Recruiter to drive high volume Personal Trainer hiring across our corporate gyms. This role is about ownership, urgency, and pipeline creation. You will fuel growth by ensuring our clubs have the talent they need to scale. This is a hands on, high impact recruiting seat inside a rapidly expanding national fitness brand.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Own full cycle recruiting for Personal Trainer roles from sourcing through preboarding.
  • Manage a high volume requisition load with speed and discipline.
  • Build proactive pipelines through job boards, social sourcing, networking, schools, and industry channels.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to align on profile, urgency, and hiring decisions.
  • Keep candidates warm, engaged, and moving. No stalled processes.
  • Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to leadership with clarity.
  • Maintain compliance and ensure clean execution at every stage.

  • Recruiting data is organized, accurate, and actionable.

What You Bring
  • Proven high volume recruiting experience, ideally in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong sourcing capability. You know how to find talent, not just review applicants.
  • Experience working within an ATS.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
  • Clear, confident communication with candidates and leaders.
  • Comfort in a fast moving, performance driven environment.
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends or personal training certifications is a plus.
