We’re Looking for a Freelance Recruiter (Sales Talent) – Germany | Part-Time | Remote

Rahmqvistis growing, and we’re looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help us attract top sales talent across Germany.

This is apart-time, remote opportunity
for an independent recruiter who enjoys working with multiple clients but is interested in a
long-term collaboration
with a stable international sales organization.

• Manage recruitment processes primarily for
  sales roles
  in Germany.
• Source, screen, and present strong candidates efficiently.
• Use modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (such as Teamdash, Teamtailor, or similar).
• Collaborate closely with our team and understand our business needs.
• Run a structured, fast, and effective recruitment process.

• An
  independent / freelance recruiter
  with proven experience.
• Strong background in
  recruiting sales professionals
  .
• High energy and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
• Well-organized, fast, and efficient in your work.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
• Based anywhere in
  Germany
  (location within the country is not important).

Fluent English and German.
