As part of this journey, our Talent Team is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in legal recruitment. If you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team - get in touch!
The role will include:
- Managing the full recruitment process for a range of positions within legal, ensuring a balance of speed and quality
- Identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier legal talent through various channels and platforms to fill live openings and build a strong talent pipeline
- Managing relationships with industry-leading legal professionals and being the candidates' key point of contact, providing a seamless candidate experience throughout their entire journey
- Ensuring the recruitment process is running smoothly and efficiently, and collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve high-quality results
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven legal recruitment experience in a high-performing agency, on an in-house talent acquisition or recruitment team
- Ambition to grow within a fast-moving, scale-up environment - demonstrating drive, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to collective success
