The Associate Recruiter, Nursing & Allied sources, interviews, and fills contract positions. This person builds positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and professional experience. They educate candidates on the travel industry's current landscape and the benefits of traveling with AMN Healthcare, ensuring the right talent matches client needs.
Job Responsibilities- Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network and retain clinicians on travel assignments.
- Develop and execute prospecting and marketing strategies using AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system, contacting potential nurses by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system, including contact details, qualifications, and selling points.
- Consult with clinicians to understand their current and ideal situations, uncover unspoken needs, and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Assess clinicians' likelihood to book a travel assignment based on licensure, availability, skills, and fit.
- Communicate plans that address clinicians' career needs, educating them on future opportunities, market conditions, and realistic timelines.
- Discuss and negotiate compensation to build a competitive package.
- Present candidate information to Account Managers for interviewing and filling client openings.

- Associate's Degree + 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 2-4 years of work experience
- Sales or recruiting experience
Physical Requirements
- Office or home office environment.

$19.50 - $24.25 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
