• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to identify high‑potential employees and create succession planning strategies
• Measure program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Support change management initiatives by equipping leaders with skills necessary to lead through change

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership development or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems and software

• Experience with digital learning platforms and virtual facilitation
• Proven ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences through facilitation and coaching
• Knowledge of emerging leadership trends and best practices
