Must be available to work onsite in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Position Responsibilities:
* Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.
* Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.
* Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with Martin Brower competencies and values.
* Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
* Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.
* Coach leaders on performance management, career development conversations, and team effectiveness
* Other projects or duties as assigned
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Travel - 5%
* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
