Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote (EST schedule required)
Contract: 3 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2 (no benefits)
On-camera interviews required
Summary:
The Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Executive Search team by managing end-to-end coordination across the executive recruitment lifecycle. This role ensures a high-touch, seamless experience for senior leaders and executive candidates while driving operational efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience from interview through offer and start date.
Coordinate and schedule all interview activities (phone, video, in-person, and travel).
Partner with executive recruiters, leaders, admins, and agencies to meet tight timelines and priorities.
Support hiring strategy sessions, candidate debriefs, offer letters, and new-hire documentation.
Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, I-9 compliance, and onboarding activities.
Manage requisitions, candidate status updates, and compliance activities in Workday.
Track multiple high-priority requests while handling confidential information with discretion.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in a coordinator or executive support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday (basic to intermediate functions).
Executive presence and professionalism, especially in on-camera interactions.
Ability to work with urgency, manage competing priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
Quiet, dedicated remote work environment and availability to work EST hours.
Interview Process:
Up to four 30-minute on-camera interviews, plus a scenario-based assessment.
