BUTLER is seeking a driven and capable HR Executive to support and strengthen our Human Resources, recruitment, and organisational initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure to real-world HR operations, strategic recruitment, partner engagement, and internal event planning within a standards‑driven organisation.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, organised, and confident in managing both people and processes, while leveraging modern digital tools to improve productivity and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesPost and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and channels
Maintain an organised and structured repository of job applicants
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications
Conduct or assist in interviews and support selection processes
Oversee onboarding documentation and employee lifecycle administration
Support HR operations, recruitment tracking, payroll coordination, and policy implementation
Plan and coordinate company events, career fairs, and internal engagement initiatives
Manage communications and relationship‑building with external partners, institutions, and agencies
Learn and apply modern HR technologies and digital productivity solutions to improve workflows
Creative, resourceful, and efficient
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Comfortable with digital tools and technology
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Diploma, Undergraduate, or Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome
Exposure to real-world HR, recruitment, and organisational strategy
