We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist t to join our team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the organization's workforce by building strong relationships with business leaders, understanding long term talent needs, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience. This role blends strategic partnership with hands on recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. You'll influence how the company attracts, evaluates, and welcomes top talent - from experienced professionals to emerging early career candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Includes but may not be limited to:
  • Partner with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-focused hiring experience
  • Develop and manage early career and campus recruiting programs
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Coordinate interview logistics, debriefs, and hiring decisions
  • Prepare offers and manage pre-employment and onboarding processes
  • Support onboarding programs and continuous process improvement
  • Manage job postings and external recruiting partners as needed
  • Support broader HR initiatives and department needs as a reliable and proactive team resource
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter or similar platforms
  • Experience building or supporting campus and early career recruiting programs preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn technical and specialized roles (including surety-related positions)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, influence hiring decisions, and build stakeholder trust
  • Experience delivering high-quality candidate experiences from sourcing through onboarding
  • Familiarity with Predictive Index (PI) or similar assessment tools preferred
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide recruiting strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-starter who enjoys building programs, improving processes, and taking ownership
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
