Wolkk is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People Culture team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the hiring process by focusing on shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, screening potential employees, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities- Shortlisting Candidates:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. - Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. - Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Onboarding New Employees:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive start and are well-integrated into the company. - Job Posting:
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates. - Candidate Communication:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback. - Database Management:
Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate information and recruitment activity. - Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs and requirements. - Employer Branding:
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Wolkk as an employer of choice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
