What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations in compliance with Title VII and ADAAA
  • Serve as case management administrator for employee relations inquiries, ensuring timely and impartial handling of issues
  • Monitor compliance of policies and procedures with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and compliance risks
  • Develop and support training programs on employee relations topics for HR teams and management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in reasonable accommodations management and 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR Compliance
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data interpretation
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AWI)
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing or large organizations with significant hourly workforce
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and case management software

    Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
  • Experience leading the reasonable accommodation interactive process
