Location: Zürich
Join APG|SGA as an HR Specialist Payroll, a leader in Out of Home Media.
Tasks- Manage monthly payroll processing using Abacus software.
- Handle social insurance and tax declarations efficiently.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and analyses.
- Several years in HR Payroll with relevant certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance laws essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
Abacus experience is a plus.

- Permanent position
- Execution of monthly payroll processing using Abacus (including recording and maintenance of personnel and payroll changes)
- Handling of social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, KTG, UVG) as well as withholding tax settlements
- Responsible for year-end tasks (annual salary declarations, preparation of salary certificates)
- Close cooperation with the financial accounting for reporting, expenses, evaluations
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, confirmations as well as work certificates
- Support in absence and time management
- Participation in HR projects and process optimizations
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, with a focus on HR Payroll
- Further training in payroll or social insurance
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Abacus experience is an advantage
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Team player with a high service orientation
