- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and effective communication with stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, Linked In, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience in consulting or related industries
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as OFCCP and EEO
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights
- Engagement in broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and technologies
