What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage multiple recruiting priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Develop and implement customized recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by understanding client needs and talent priorities
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Assess candidate qualifications using Huron’s interview framework and monitor quality of hire
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, Linked In, and advanced sourcing techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in consulting or related industries
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as OFCCP and EEO
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights
  • Engagement in broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects
  • Advanced knowledge of recruiting tools and technologies
