- Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams on HR priorities and initiatives

- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and lead survey processes
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment
- Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
- Employee relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolving grievances
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience in a union work environment
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with sensitivity in dealing with confidential information
- High energy and a detail‑oriented approach
