What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive and senior leadership teams on HR priorities and initiatives
  • Drive large‑scale change initiatives and partner with leaders to enhance organizational health and performance
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high‑potential development strategies
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and lead survey processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university or equivalent education and work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment
  • Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
  • Employee relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolving grievances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively
