The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Resourcer to support our delivery team.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has previously served in the military or
Has experience recruiting within engineering, automotive or technical sectors

You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre candidates, particularly from the ex-military community.

The role is home-based but you must be within a commutable distance of Clitheroe for team meetings and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates via Linked In, job boards and referrals
Engage with service leavers and veterans, understanding transferable skills
Conduct structured screening calls and competency-based interviews
Build and maintain a strong ex-military talent pipeline
Support consultants with shortlists and candidate management
Ensure accurate ATS and CRM updates
Maintain high compliance standards (RTW, references, documentation)
What We’re Looking For

Military background (desirable) or strong understanding of military culture
Or proven recruitment experience in engineering / automotive / technical markets
Confident communicator with strong telephone skills
Highly organised and process driven
Commercial awareness and understanding of client expectations
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Resilient and target-focused
