Ntiva is looking for a dynamic People Services Specialist (Recruiter) to help us find and attract top talent. As the People Services Specialist, you’ll own the full recruiting process — from sourcing and attracting candidates to guiding them through interviews and offers — while partnering with hiring managers at every step to secure the best hires for every role.
Location and Work ExpectationsThis is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).
What you will be doing- Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals for various departments within the organization.
- Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Team, fostering seamless inter-departmental communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs through collaborative discussions, defining ideal candidate profiles, establishing competitive salary parameters, and identifying essential vs. desirable skills to ensure successful recruitment.
- Analyze recruitment data and trends, providing valuable insights to hiring managers and other team members.
- Utilize a multi-pronged sourcing approach to identify high-caliber candidates. This may involve leveraging online job boards, professional networks, targeted social media searches, and building a network of referral partners.
- Proactively cultivate a robust pool of qualified candidates for future openings, ensuring we’re always prepared with a pipeline of top talent.
- Own the interview process! You’ll be responsible for screening resumes, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules, and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
- Guide top talent through a seamless offer process, ensuring a positive first step in their exciting journey with our team.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
- Work collaboratively with the People Team, Managers and IT to ensure new hires feel welcome, informed, and excited to begin their journey at our company.
- Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends.
- Assist with onboarding processes and other People related projects as needed.

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a mid-sized, corporate environment, with demonstrated ownership of sourcing, screening, pipeline management, stakeholder partnership, and offer execution.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity).
- Tech-forward mindset with strong digital fluency and the ability to effectively leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, workflow efficiency, and recruiting outcomes.
- Proven experience leveraging HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, resume databases, etc.) with the ability to build targeted talent pipelines.
- Ability to manage competing requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
- High level of comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms, background check systems) while maintaining data integrity and process accuracy.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a process-oriented mindset.
