An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced candidate consultant to join our expanding team at Enlighten Supply Pool.

Founded in February 2010, Enlighten Supply Pool are a well-established education recruitment agency based in the heart of North West London. Due to our outstanding and continued performance, we are now looking to expand our team with talented individuals who can contribute towards our high-end service to our candidates and clients.

• Building and maintaining longstanding candidate relationships
• Resourcing suitable candidates for new temporary vacancies
• Advertising new jobs on a variety of platforms
• Searching for suitable candidates on job boards
• Screening candidates in regard to their relevant skills, availability, location and salary expectations
• Providing administrative support for the full recruitment process including compliance, sending out job descriptions and confirming interviews.

• Previous education recruitment experience is essential for this role
• Excellent telephone manner
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Great prioritisation and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a demanding and flexible environment
